Financial Management & Cost Control

All aspects of the Financial Management can be undertaken by Yacht Accounts to ensure the financial smooth running of the vessel - from the day to day recording of expenses, the running of Sales and Purchase Ledgers, Bank Reconciliations and updating of Cash Books to the production of Monthly Management Accounts, Cost Monitoring and Budgeting.

Yacht Accounts can also provide more specialised assistance with Cost Monitoring and Budgeting for Construction Projects or Refits. We can also obtain VAT advice, registration and VAT return completion if necessary.
 

Administration

Yacht Accounts can set up, maintain and co-ordinate the day to day Banking, Credit Card provision and Petty Cash onboard. We will act as the shore based point of contact with the Captain and Crew.

 

Crew Payroll

Yacht Accounts can administer the Crew Payroll and ensure the crew are paid on time and in accordance with the appropriate Tax rules.
